If you’re looking for a company that actually walks the talk when it comes to culture, AS Beauty is it. From day one, the environment feels close-knit — People know each other, support each other, and show up for each other in ways that are increasingly rare in corporate settings. The executive team stands out in the best way. They are truly invested in their people, not in a performative way, but in the day-to-day conversations, decisions, and opportunities they create for their teams to grow. It’s clear that the people at the top set the tone, and that tone is one of trust and collaboration. The office itself is beautiful — so much natural light and beautiful 360 views of the city. The location could not be more convenient with easy access to Penn Station commuting from Jersey, Long Island is super easy, making the 4 days in office very feasible. I actually leave the office excited to come back the next day. TLDR: Incredible culture, tight-knit team, stunning office, unbeatable location, strong and people-first leadership.
