This company is a joke and extremely unprofessional. I have never worked at a company with such a high revolving door of employees. The number of employees getting let go and hired weekly is alarming. Very unorganized work environment with constant ‘fire-drills’ and things going wrong as many employees do not have any experience in the industry or they just started last week. I have also never experienced FAVORITISM in a company as bad as it is here. A specific group is allowed to work from home when they want and receive multiple holidays off while the other half of the office is still expected to be in-person 4 days a week and trust me THEY WILL CHECK. The company is also lacking manager/senior level employees and expects employees that are junior in their role to take on way too much responsibility. Also, don’t expect to learn anything from the founders or feel mentored. They have a complete lack of understanding for the industry and how to do business professionally.

If this company acquires yours, run for the hills as fast as you can. They will make promises to you and your fellow teammates about keeping you on, they'll even officially hire you. But once they've gotten what they need out of you in terms of the transition, your usefulness will be at an end and they will let you go without warning. That's what happened to me and a lot of my teammates when they acquired my company and I went to work for them. The upper management are indeed always in crisis mode and that high-pressure toxicity is paid downward into pretty much each department. They will over-hire middle management and pit you against one-another to decide who stays. I never received any negative feedback regarding my performance but they let me go just the same. The one who made the decision didn't even have the guts to tell me himself. He got my immediate supervisor do to it instead and it was really awkward for both of us. This company will prioritize profits over principle 10 times out of 10 and tell themselves "hey, it's just business." They purposely oversell when they know that they can't fulfill orders and refuse to split ship unless they absolutely have to. Their customer retention philosophy is definitely more churn & burn because there are always more customers out there. Do not go anywhere near this company if you value your own well being.
