Awful awful awful experience that gave me ptsd. Bullying from all team members, ridiculous workload and expectation of sink or swim. Favouritism. Boring excel heavy and long hours. I was so excited from my interview which saw us create a trend forecasting project. None of the job contains that it’s all done by the design team and senior buyers you get no say.
