Not much of a playbook for new business or one that is given the enablement it deserves. Company focused on growth through acquisition and broad revenue sales goals which don't make sense for some sellers to feel like they are contributing to the company. APAC region lacked a sales director it needed, was a terrible time to be with the company with no reps hitting Quota. Mostly male management.
