Pros
Knowledgeable representatives eager to fill positions and with quick turn around times. If I email my rep. with a question I will most likely receive a message back within the next 24 hours - even on weekends/holidays. Can get into facilities with exciting opportunities that are only open to the agency. Good pay. Weekly pay.
Cons
Benefits aren't so great and PTO is very difficult (i.e. nearly impossible) to earn - including paid holidays. If you have to take time off - which you do if you are sick or the facility you are assigned to closes for holidays - you have to be able to deal with not getting paid for that time. Job uncertainty is a constant as the agency is not very communicative about expected outlook/timeframe on job placements (somewhat to be expected given that this is basically temp agency that we are talking about and they probably don't always have the answer either.)
