Pros
The office was nice and modern. Flexible hours (depending who your manager is!). Some nice perks - skin checks, flu vaccines, coffee machine, monthly birthday cakes etc.
Cons
Very political culture, poor management of career progression, low salaries and reactive decision making. Some unethical behaviour from senior staff.
