Pros
So far they've been able to get me out on assignments but nothing on a temp to hire which is what I'm looking for. I think they like to test you a bit before they will trust you to a full time position.
Cons
Don't know where you are going to work from week to week or sometimes day to day. No guaranteed hours although I'm think it's the same with ant temp agency.
