Pros
Highly proffesional staff. Great athmosfere a competitive environment. Good youth strategy and digital perspectives ahead. Proactive and friendly with excellent world coverage.
Cons
The wages aren't as competitive and promotions are based on national criteria. French, Spanish and Italian employees are promoted more often and hold key positions in the company.
