      Pros

      Even though they are a large agency I feel they do try hard to keep you in the loop if you like, pay can be pretty great and very flexible

      Cons

      Not many, just some of the companies they supply are very demanding which isn't really down to Adecco I don't think

      contract was short term, which was okay for me but might not be what everyone wants

      Flexible work options and good collaboration amongst team members

      Cons

      The commission plans are constantly changing, making it harder and harder to earn commission.
