Pros
- you work hard, you get rewarded - plenty of employee incentives for high performing sales staff - well established organisation with massive client portfolio, good infrastructure and competitive pricing
Cons
- very hierarchical - owing to size of organisation, very slow to implement changes and adapt quickly to market trends - very political, back stabbing culture among senior management - no support for women in business, senior management like to keep them in back office and sales positions but the glass ceiling is firmly in place
