I had a really nice team. Unfortunately, I do not have much else to say because the cons outweigh the pros.
Cons
Instead of motivating employees through incentives, management often plays puppeteer to control every single move in the workplace. They require employees to follow phone scripts, produce chunky metrics, take short lunches, work through sick days, and give up their cellphones. Micromanagement, gossip, and low pay lead to high levels of attrition. Turbulent operational strategies lack basic direction and vision for long-term consequences.
