      Great opportunity for experiencing global projects Training programs (unfortunately I could not participate in some of them because of the workload)

      Cons

      Workload (Company does not care about how much workload given to the individual employee) Lack of support for recruiting (even though Adecco is a search firm) Compensation

      The commission plans are constantly changing, making it harder and harder to earn commission.
