Pros
Steady work for the most part. Easy work. Inside. Renovating. Free coffee DIO. Some older generations are a 'hoot' to shoot the spit with.
Cons
Very little communication. Rude employees that feel entitled. Coworkers try to take the roll of your superior. Grumpy environment. Company eliminating work due to lack of quality. Temps get moved around a lot with little chance of being hired. Once a temp, always a temp mentality. They will try to get more out of you for their benefit than you will ever get in return. I worked hard and had a great attitude, thank goodness I left with that in tact. People are constantly in fear of you taking their job or looking better than them, take my advice, don't play into it just stay positive and look for another job whilst you maintain your job money and life moving forward. They are staying still, you don't have to.
