Pros
Worked there for two summers during my summer breaks from college. They have plenty of resources to ensure working on an assembly line won't be too tough on you. This is also my only experience on an assembly line and by chance I somehow got along with all of my coworkers in my area.
Cons
Returning for my second summer was me essentially starting the hiring and training process from the beginning even though I had experience.
