Pros
The colleagues who are employed by the company are top-quality. They are helpful, informative, knowledgeable, and overall very friendly. If you take a few minutes to walk around and introduce yourself, they are so willing to be open and help you in the future.
Cons
Leadership has no concept in corporate of their silos or how to change. They don't realize that their actions speak louder than their words and "silent" struggles between SVPs are not going unnoticed or ignored by the colleagues. Sending a message of "this is how we want to be" doesn't erase the months of watching power plays between leaders, especially those between new upper-level executives and old-time 10-years-plus-tenured senior leaders.
