Temping hasn't lead to permanent position for any of the scores of temp contractors despite 2 years of promises. Temp contractors have no PTO and expensive benefits packages that they blame Obamacare for, while Adecco employees seem to enjoy ample amounts of PTO and reasonable benefits. Adecco's policies are designed to pay the least amount holiday pay possible. Temps lose holiday pay if more than a week of unpaid time off is taken every six months. A horribly opportunistic situation, really, and a showcase of lax fair labor practices.
