Pros

Great industry to work for Interesting and fun work to complete Hybrid working capability Seniors giving business updates frequently Good amount of work load per person

Cons

If you aren't perm staff you won't get as many 1-1's or to be treated similarly in regards to permenant staff. If there is work available elsewhere when your ftc ends they won't give this to you and will give this to perm staff. They will then dismiss you saying no work is available which is untrue and not transparent and indirectly discriminating against people like myself who has a mental disability. Another con would be you cannot have the low interest loans to help fix financial issues through benefit portal unless perm Another con would be you cannot take part in the NVQs or courses as fixed term staff. You would have to be perm and therefore not only cannot upskill. But aren't given as much care and attention as permenant staff.
