Pros

-Interviewers were very kind. -Training at the location was concise and thorough, and the trainers were friendly and approachable, while also being clear about rules and regulations we were to follow. -Most full-time coworkers were amicable and supportive to us part-timers, despite the large age gaps.

Cons

-Some deployment postings were different from what we were trained for. We were trained to be area sitters, however for 2 nights I was posted to an membership advertisement booth. The shift is very jarring. While it does say on the contract that we were to be posted wherever during the event, it was never mentioned during training. -Favouritism between part and full timers by upper management. We had 4 supervisors/employers for adecco during the event, two of which were our trainers. However, the other two were alittle unfriendly to the part-timers. We were talked to more harshly, and they wouldn't acknowledge polite greetings from us when they passed by to check on our areas, but then were amicable and chatty to the full timers next door.

Pros

Nothing I can think of

Cons

Terrible Job recruiters and they waste your time with non-important bull just to string you along. Made me take some assessment 4 times to give me an interview just to deny me in the end. Literally a scam company and I should be compensated for the amount of time I have had to put in just to get nothing. The company is scammy as well and pay you nickels and dimes but expect you to be time efficient and reliable.
