The work culture at Advantmed is completely lack of work-life balance and unprofessional boundaries. Expect "anytime" calls and midnight pings for non-urgent tasks that could easily wait for the next day. Management operates on blatant favoritism rather than merit. Hard work is overlooked in favor of those who use "sugarcoated" language and never say no. These "favorites" receive special treatment and rapid promotions, while performance and achievements are ignored for others. The appraisal process is non-existent; decisions are handed down without any discussion of expectations or performance. The department leaders only shows interest in employee retention when a resignation is on the table, offering too little, too late. If you value personal space, professional growth, and unbiased leadership, look elsewhere.

None to speak of ....some people are exceptable

Cons

Constant change... lots of complaining from managers.... no empathy from managers.... always harping on what's not being done versus what is being done correctly...... no pay increases at all..... setting some agents up to fail to meet their goals......QA is a complete joke 🤣...... none of the QA team members are on the same page so agents will always fall below expected grade. Complete overhaul needed. Clients need to rethink before hiring this company.
