-Good paying job - good team to work with - Fun job in that you get to be friends with your customers -management want you to succeed -able to mange your own schedule
Cons
- 6 day work weeks - Technology is old. Systems in place to take orders, process credits, and to get accounting information makes it difficult to get information to customers quickly. - changes happening constantly that can effect your income (both good and bad) -if a customer doesn’t pay then you are responsible for a percentage of the bill that isn’t paid.
