Lots of great benefits. Really they are unmatchable. Free health insurance, cell phone reimbursment, internet reimbursement, work from home, gas allowance, quarterly bonuses.

Difficult culture. No rules, sometimes chaos. No structure. Some people get away with not working much at all. Others work hard. Management is untrained.
