Pros

Unfortunately, there are no pros to mention.

Cons

I wouldn’t recommend spending time on this company. At first, they emailed and texted me to complete assessments, which made it seem like communication would be responsive and reliable. That turned out not to be the case. I followed up several times by email and also texted the person who originally contacted me and said I could reach out with application questions, but I never received a response. For a remote position, where strong communication is especially important, that reflects poorly on the company. Once they got what they needed from me, all communication stopped. I ultimately withdrew my application because it was clear they were not going to stay in contact. No matter how many times I emailed or texted, I got no reply. Overall, it felt like a complete waste of time.

Pros

Amazing leadership I miss them all. Highly supportive.

Cons

None really, I mean KMS could use an update.

Pros

The pay is competitive and they promote from within. Most people are genuinely kind and enjoyable to work with. This has the potential to be a really nice place to work, if they would just treat their employees better.

Cons

Heavy workloads, high stress levels, frequent and poorly planned/executed changes made by upper management, and crazy levels of employee micromanagement make this an increasingly unbearable place to work. The company culture is oppressive, with policies that show a lack of trust in employees and their knowledge/expertise and send good people running for the exits. Fully remote work was recently eliminated for employees living near AFNI offices and a forced hybrid schedule has been implemented. Whether you're in the office or remote, you will be on camera all day, every day, and everything you do will be logged and monitored. If anything forbidden (which is almost everything) is seen on camera, you will be asked about it and possibly disciplined or fired. Don't work here unless you want to be heavily monitored and treated like a child. The PTO accrual is also very low, and I've heard management making disparaging remarks about people that dare to use their (very limited) PTO. If you aren't a workaholic, you might not fit in here.
