Pros

We have a great engineering team with lots of smart, intelligent and friendly people. Everyone is helpful and engineering leads are always supportive and very good mentors. Many things have changed since I joined this company but I always had a chance to work on cool projects and always found the support to improve myself to be a better developer. We always design, plan and develop as a team and everyone expected to participate technical discussion. Everyone’s opinion matters and respected. This place is just for you if you are an ambitious engineer who wants a challenge and also if you are willing to work with new technologies and learn new things every day. Unlike other start-ups in the bay area, it’s a pretty easy going environment. If you don’t need to be driven by some manager and ready to take responsibilities. It’s a good place to work. Work-life balance is a big issue for most of us, in AgilOne, people really respect it! Engineering team is result driven so work hours, or time off’s to run errands never been an issue as long as you’re an honest and serious professional Company provides lunch 3 times a week and there are plenty of different options to pick. If you don't like it, you can order something else the next day. Happy hours, camping and ski trips, baby showers, picnics , bbq dinners, Christmas gifts, team events, company events, parties are all organized by AgilOne. I'm happy to be part of this big family and always excited to work on this great product.

Cons

- Sometimes you are on your own to solve issues. - more engineers needed. - should provide better benefits. - requires very good communication skills
