      Aviation is an exciting industry. It was a great learning experience.

      Cons

      You're very underappreciated in operations. Very unorganized. Lack of streamlined processes, no raises or bonuses in the multiple years I spent there.

      Pros

      I enjoyed all the people I worked with and felt a sense of family. The company did all they could to accomodate the personal needs I was going through.

      Cons

      The salary was lacking and I found it difficult to survive in today's economic environment without having a second job. Downsizing departments.
