Pros

The pay is decent! You get paid $100 per 53 minute session. I love all of my clients. Never had an issue with them in the two years I've been there. The CEO is just amazing - I look up to this woman! She's down to earth, cares about her employees, and just great energy overall.

Cons

Referrals have really slowed down the past 5-6 months. They're currently working on it but that has been the only con for me in the two years I've been there. They're also making changes to how we do our notes because of certain things Insurance companies want which is annoying but not a huge deal in the long run.

Pros

AllMinds offers clinicians competitive hourly rates (W2), as well as autonomy in scheduling and selecting clients. They are always working to improve the platform, which is easy and straightforward to use, to make it quicker and faster for clinicians. As a clinician-owned (non-tech) company, I feel they are trying to advocate for the clinicians, and provide us with the information we need to do our jobs.

Cons

Referrals have slowed lately, but they are expanding to additional insurance platforms to increase client volume. Some of the rules around notes/protocols may seem nitpicky, but it's mostly parroting Kaiser's (and state) compliance laws.
