      Pros

      Fully remote work and less risk of the company returning to the office in comparison to most other companies.

      Cons

      Not great work-life balance. Despite the long training period, it did little to prepare you for the actual job. A heavy workload and not a lot of support.

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
