      Pros

      They pay ok if you are INBOUND sales.

      Cons

      They talk a great game before you are hired and then once hired they will change your role. It happened to myself and several other agents. The others quit within a few weeks. I tried to stick it out for at least a year which is what I did and then I left for something better.

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
