Pros
-Very nice folks to work with. Everyone shared knowledge willingly. Everyone encouraged personal growth. -Diverse employees -Excellent outings and events (before the recession). -Understanding manager allowed flexible work hours -Great benefits and Paid Time off
Cons
-Senior leadership in my specific department seemed amateur-ish. Like they don't have a handle on things. -Favoritism can be very very apparent. Regardless of your performance you may end up on the losing side.
