      Monday through Friday 9-5 relaxed atmosphere

      No benefits depending on agency. Growth limited by owner. Can end up dead job if there is no transition to sales

      Pros

      Local office had great support from my EA and coworker.

      Cons

      Systems constantly changing, poor IT support, state regulations constantly changing. No benefits in local offices and our rates are too high to compete.
