Pros
Pleasant suburban campus, generous PTO offering, stable environment, household name in insurance, exposure to many different departments within the company
Cons
Mean spirited, toxic culture, credit stealing, sabotage from certain ultra competitive coworkers, got rid of all offices so most share cubicles with absolutely no privacy making it difficult to concentrate on work, way too many meetings where little or nothing is accomplished.
