      Pros

      Allstate seems financially stable. The people in corporate seem to stay for the long haul. The brand is well recognized.

      Cons

      I feel like I am treated like a receptionist most of the time. I am expected to execute all my own leads, and am expected to open the office every day, while working late several nights a week to cold call. I make under 12$ an hour and have my Life & Health and P&C license

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
