Pros

Direct manager and co workers on my team are awesome. Good PTO. Before the company rolled out many changes, there was more flexibility.

Cons

I'm surprised to see the positive reviews - it is probably upper management trying to hide the fact people hate working here and they are having time keeping employees here. Morale is the lowest it's ever been and it's only getting worse. There will not be any improvement until the company makes some changes in regards to upper management. Turn over is extremely high and has gotten worse in the last year and people keep leaving to go to competitors. You will work long hours and it's still not good enough. The pay is also lower than other insurance companies in the area. They also cut the supplies for employees so they could save money for themselves. In one of the offices I worked for they even cut coffee and plastic silverware. For such a big company you would think they would at least keep plastic forks and knives. They also have big boards that have all your numbers on there and you have to talk in front of everyone why your numbers may be bad. If you want an experience in insurance or claims go to another company. I have worked in two different offices in two different states and both experiences were the same. People are so miserable. Stay away!!!! Not worth it.

Pros

Local office had great support from my EA and coworker.

Cons

Systems constantly changing, poor IT support, state regulations constantly changing. No benefits in local offices and our rates are too high to compete.
