So growth is limited in every aspect Managers neither know managing team nor can safeguard them from third parties nuisance. So your life is miserable on daily basis. Work life balance is best for managers puppet. For rest it will be Real HELL. Managers can be so mean that they can make sure you are not paid during your notice period. HR is worst and they support management saying that it's company policy. Check the allstate policies and you cannot find that anywhere. Managers don't know how to retain talent. So there is very less percentage who actually know how to work
