Pros
Great people. perks, discounts, salary and employee benefits. Location and ability to work at home a few days a week it added bonus.
Cons
IT managers are penny wise and dollar foolish. The good people leave for other companies and some dead wood stays on for years. Non IT trained people in management seats have made some poor decisions as they do not possess the IT knowledge to see the long term consequences of some actions.
