Cons
Systems are terrible. We use multiple systems to get our work done. They have started micromanaging more, we are being evaluated on everything. For example: whether or not we enrol in courses, of coworkers give us positive feedback, or of customers send us positive feedback in writing. Seems excessive. These should be bonus parts. We are forced to ask coworkers to thank us in writing in order to show this to management which is very awkward. As long as we are not getting complaints, this should indicate that we are doing our job. Many customers do not go through the extra effort of sending positive feedback in writing. -workload is really heavy. For the MIG department, I use to get 10-15 new claims per week. The senior adjusters do not get as many new claims. However the workload overall is heavy.
