Pros

Growth, as long as you put the work in, there are many opportunities to grow here. I love my team and what I do, to advance you work with your manager to build a development plan. I love the paid time off they offer right off the bat, that is almost unheard of anymore with companies. I love the flexibility of scheduling here.

Cons

If you do not personally seek out opportunity it will pass you by here. Training within teams can be a bit chaotic but manageable if you find someone who you work and learn well with. Things are changing for the better here, but survival at the company is crucial on you being a self starter and a real go getter!

Consistent, busy, and you get to help people through tough situations and educate others on what it means to be protective. I am set schedule M-F and off on weekends.

Cons

Prices are a bit higher, and depending on how big your office is, you will be on the phone all day and feel drained afterwards.
