Committed to old technology. Tenure of less than 20 years means no status. Outside experience means nothing. Petty tyrants rule the day. You will do your boss's job and you will not be recognized for it. You will do your job and not be recognized for it. Recognition comes from doing jobs other than your own, others will have to to do your work while you work on projects and will loose opportunity doing so. If you were not one of the popular kids in high school you will be unhappy here.
