      Great PTO and benefits, can work from home now with the pandemic.

      Cons

      Politics, red tape, having to constantly explain basic technical concepts to management repeatedly, senior management doesn't seem to like the fact that we got a permanent "work from home" designation and wish for us to return to the office eventually.

      Flexible when it comes to how to get the work done. While working remote you don't have to waste time driving to location. You have the ability to work at night to catch up on workload if needed.

      The strong achievers may end up getting more workload.
