      Help insureds recover from an accident

      Cons

      It is a salary position- they will tell you it is a 40 hour week job - but that is not accurate- to keep up with workload you will need to work 55+ hours a week. You will be assigned approximately 10 claims on Mondays and 5 claims Tuesday - Friday.

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
