      Pros

      The actual work experience has been great, lots of exposure to other AORs and Senior Leadershiop. Good to have on my resume.

      Cons

      The pay is very low compared to the amount of work they require from us. Senior Leadership has a hard time determining what is the top priority. IT is a killer, they are a dinosaur when it comes to usable systems. Lots of hours without the pay associated with it. They try to sell it as an "investment" in your career, but I call BS. Too big on do more with less. The work product is suffering from it.

      Pros

      Consistent, busy, and you get to help people through tough situations and educate others on what it means to be protective. I am set schedule M-F and off on weekends.

      Cons

      Prices are a bit higher, and depending on how big your office is, you will be on the phone all day and feel drained afterwards.
