Horrible Experience (Run) - Anonymous employee Allstate Employee Review

The customers are rude, the body shops are rude and people are generally upset with the quality of service AllState provides. The calls are literally nonstop complaints and how things aren’t done properly and you don’t know enough after the few weeks of training and the mentors they put u with are often rude and impatient! Lastly, after I resigned they sent me a letter saying they overpaid me and I would need to pay it back, how unprofessional? And the HR rep that I spoke to was absolutely rude and talked over me the entire time! I would not recommend my pet rabbit to work for this company.
