An entrenched slow moving Goliath in the Insurance Business - Former Agent Allstate Employee Review

Allstate seems to follow trends and not execute as well as other companies in its segment. Management is entrenched and stale. Upper management tends to come outside of the insurance business, and the bean counters seem to now run the company.
