      Pros

      The atmosphere isgreat and the employees are really nice. The customers ca be a little rough at times, but that come along withthe territory. Overall the pay is decentstarting off and there isroom for advancement.

      Cons

      More feedbac from upper level management about work production. not too much favortsm, however from time to timeis doeshappen and it is noticeable.

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
