I enjoyed the overall company culture and CEO Connections Meetings, the focus on EIG groups, Diversity & Inclusion
Cons
The Finance side has favorite finance folks who are always selected for promotions and high end-of-year performance reviews. Because of this, the leadership team lacks leadership skills and places way too much emphasis on "Excel experts." There's high turnover in finance and the employees are over-worked, expected to pick up the extra slack from those who leave the company (the company doesn't back-fill all of the time).
