Not much experience needed besides basic customer service

Cons

Strict PTO policies, poor shift opportunities (stuck on bad schedules for a long time), not much room for advancement unless you're friends with management. Lots of jobs moving overseas and overnight firing

Pros

Consistent, busy, and you get to help people through tough situations and educate others on what it means to be protective. I am set schedule M-F and off on weekends.

Cons

Prices are a bit higher, and depending on how big your office is, you will be on the phone all day and feel drained afterwards.
