3yWe love our workspace too! The office environment is very fun, and the work, as you mentioned, is very fast-paced and can be demanding at times, especially as we are breaking into and helping define a new industry. We know the startup world isn’t for everyone. There is a lot of ambiguity, not a lot of processes in place, last-minute changes to meetings and other plans, and it can mean that people have to work after hours to meet deadlines. Working in a startup environment can also mean that we have limited resources, which is where our collaborative and supportive team members come into play — we all pitch in to help other departments, even if it means working outside of our typical day-to-day or job description. We are making strides in our diversity efforts and our leaders are focused on and committed to creating a more diverse workforce.
