Pros

Enjoy a easy and slow pace, work/life balance, colleagues mind their own business, boss doesn't micromanage you, entitled free stay at any of the resorts of your preference.

Cons

No bonuses that I know of, the management level can be a little distant, they retains a command and control approach which stifles innovation approach. Lots of territorial behavior at upper management levels. Little room for advancement in a company, feels like working under-recognized workforce. The medical benefits for the the staff is horrible. All the benefits goes to who you know, the higher management.

Pros

Incredible hotels, incredible but remote locations by design, design element world class, fabulous CEO & certain corporate execs. New owner (Vladislav Doronin) will be very good for the brand.

Cons

Losing some of the Adrian Zecha "magic", very unorganized and tumultuous corporate office (revolving door), certain unskilled senior leaders that should not be in positions held due to lack of experience, Be ready to 'sink or swim" If you are very good, life expectancy is fair. Remuneration in comparison to other luxury brands low. Thought process is the privilege to work for is enough (will not pay your expenses regardless of great brand).
