Pros

- Being a big Organization, you get top benefits like highest Health Insurance, Travel/Mobile Allowance. - Good office facilities. - Intelligent People to work with.

Cons

- No HR Involvement if an employee is in distress. You just see the HR people during the onboarding and thats it. They will never connect with you about your well being. For me, they did not even take an exit interview as if they are not bothered why I am leaving (may be they did not even know) - Managers discriminate and does favouritism. If they like you, they will give you ample opportunities and other people will not even know about that opportunity as everything flows through a manager rather than open to the public to choose. Good quality engineers had to either move to a different teams or leave the Organization, because they never had any backs.

Pros

Ambitious projects if you're in the right team. Typically great team-mates. Don't believe the memes, the ppl are not back stabbing jerks but are overall genuinely nice. Not constrained by budgets when building cool things. Tools while sometimes clunky are powerful.

Cons

Schizophrenic lack of focus, entire teams get split, merged and upended multiple times a quarter. Some product managers are disconnected from reality. It didn't use to be the case, the PM-Ts were previously top notch. You're pushed to vibe code everything. Established products with loyal customers are getting neglected. Newer VP level leaders don't seem to know what they are doing. Veteran OG VP level leaders are either leaving in droves or seem stressed or checked out.
