Pros
Working with top skill engineers and talent (but many are leaving for better employers)
Cons
No trust in or from leadership, especially S-Team. No WLB. Very low morale across the board after more than a year of layoffs, RTO, re-orgs, no raises for L6+, and constant pressure to deliver with less, which leads to uninventive, low-career-risk, copycat products and features. It was not like this when I joined 3 years ago.
