Interesting tasks dealing with cutting edge technology, abundance of learning opportunities, very competent colleagues hand selected with a thorough interview process
Cons
Always propagating a day one start up culture but these times are definitely over, no work-life balance, many KPI’s don’t make much sense and are not under your control (for example, a consultant’s booking rate or forecasting your utilization for the next month), strict top down management, no one is listening to the people in the field, lower management does not have any leeway when it comes to performance evaluation, they don’t have a budget for team building, very high turnover rate ( on avg staff leaves after three years), poor career opportunities
